Yes. Every memorial has its own link, so you can print it in the order of service, add it to a funeral notice or online obituary, or send it to family and friends who couldn't be there. In the UK. Each slate plaque is made by a reputable UK manufacturer, and every QR code is personalised and engraved to order for your loved one.
Yes. All payments are handled by Stripe, the payment platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. Your card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Delivery is free anywhere in the UK. We've sent plaques to families in 8 countries, so if you're ordering from outside the UK, contact us before you order and we'll confirm the options for you.
Plaques are engraved to order and dispatched within 5 working days. You can build out the memorial itself - photos, biography, everything - any time before or after it ships.
As soon as you publish it - usually just a few minutes of filling in details and adding photos, and it's ready to share.
Yes, any time, from your dashboard - photos, biography, privacy, everything. You can also invite family members as editors so they can contribute too.
You choose. There's no public directory anyone can browse either way - 'Public' just means it's discoverable, while 'Hidden' means only people with the direct link can find it.
